About Us

Family Owned and Operated

We are a local family from O'Fallon for the last 40 years.  With over 30 years of restaurant experience our family has opened The Scrambler House to bring O'Fallon the best breakfast and lunch experience to our community.  We own and operate Hilary's Roadhouse Diner in Maryland Heights, MO. for the last 5 years.  With the support and fanfare of the local community we hope to bring the same experience to O'Fallon, Dardenne Prairie, and Lake Saint Louis area.

American Style Diner

Chef Jeremiah Phillips has over 25 years of fine and casual dining experience.  His attention to detail allows us to bring the quality of Fine Dining to a casual American Style Diner menu.

Thanks to our Employees

We just recently purchased O'Fallon Family Restaurant from the previous owners and have been greeted with helpful hands and smiling faces from our new employees.  We would like to express our gratitude and thanks to everyone!
